Best Friend of the Month Double Play
I would like to share 2 of our amazing pups with you, and CONGRATULATE them once again for the honor of being picked a staff favorite — these are drawn out battles sometimes as the staff campaigns on behalf of their special bestie! Each of these amazing pups have been awarded some silly prize bags filled with a Top Dog trophy (!), treats, toys, and maybe some LMDDC swag, a place for their picture on our Wall of Besties — please be sure to check this out! It is on the wall up the ramp in our lobby — a $10 credit towards their favorite place to be, and most importantly, bragging rights! Please join me in congratulating ANNIE and GEORGIE – purely by coincidence, a pair of Lovely Ladies!
ANNIE: Miss December
Annie is a beautiful Shetland sheepdog (sheltie) – she looks like a little Lassie, a true classic beauty! Annie is always so excited to go into group and play, and she handles herself perfectly! She knows exactly how to play appropriately with the other dogs and she is just so sweet to all the people! She is a real pleaser – she is happy to bring you a tennis ball or even a soccer ball, or to just sit and snuggle, your choice! She will chase after things and bark, or she will go in circles and asked to be pet. She’s so well-behaved she is some sort of angel – even the groomers got in on this vote because she is perfect for her groom too. She is very smart and loves affection, so with grooming she will just soak up the love and attention! We are thrilled to have rounded out 2019 with such as great pick – we were able to spend some quality time with her over the holidays and she stole our collective heart and locked in her vote!
GEORGIE: January Best Friend of the Month
To ring in the first member of Best Friend Class of 2020, I’d like to introduce Georgie! Georgie is a big, gorgeous Bernedoodle. She is very playful and she is gentle with her hugs – she loves to jump up for hugs but she must realize she’s a mini pony because she is a perfect princess about it! She enjoys her play time, and her petting time! She gets brushed every day, and it shows – just look at those locks! Georgie was a playful pup when she started coming to day care and she too has turned into a polite, well-mannered social dog with tons of playtime energy. She has an impressive stature, but is good with all creatures great and small! In fact, she is quite the bouncy goof ball for her size! She always plays nicely and she loves to sit next to the dog handler human for some good lovings!
