Veterinary Services

Dr. Jennifer Jones will operate a satellite office for her practice, The Animedic, at Love My Doggy Day Care.

This is a convenience for our clients of course, but it allows us to care for our day care and boarding clients in the event of an emergency or unexpected illness with no delay when Dr. Jones is on-site.

In addition to regular clinic hours two mornings a week and availability by appointment, Dr. Jones will strive to make herself available in the event of an unscheduled or urgent need. We have specifically scheduled morning hours so that she can be there during drop-off hours for the convenience of our clients, and so that she can care for any non-urgent illnesses or injuries that may have occurred overnight with our boarders.

She will also offer many special events for our clients, such as vaccination and micro-chipping clinics, and classes for our clients such as pet nutrition, pet first aid, or caring for your senior pet.

In the event of a sick or injured dog, for those times when Dr. Jones is not on-site or cannot be available, Love My Doggy Day Care will contract with The Visiting Vet for vet services, as needed.

Additionally, we have established relationships with local emergency animal hospitals when caring for a pet requires anesthesia or other clinical procedures not available on-site. Clients are required to sign a release allowing this vet service to care for their dog, in the event they cannot be reached.
