We do not fit the criteria for currently mandated closings, but of course, will adhere to any government mandates that apply to us. This situation is evolving quickly, and we will be monitoring it closely. Based on current guidance and our own standards and practices, we remain open for business and are committed to providing an outstanding experience for you and your pets.

As a matter of course, we maintain strict animal facility standards when it comes to our cleaning and sanitizing protocols. Our house collars are washed nightly. Our playroom toys are sanitized nightly. Our janitorial service uses an auto scrubber to disinfect our floor surfaces nightly. Our dog suites are cleaned daily. Our HVAC system is state-of-the-art to allow for maximum air circulation. The infrastructure of the entire facility, from plumbing, to electrical, to HVAC was designed by animal facility engineers to account for the added levels of odor, pest, and germ control necessary for buildings used for animal-related purposes. Additionally, our cleaning products are literally the highest-rated products available, with the broadest range of proven pathogen-killing abilities. And, for the time being, we have increased the scope of our janitorial services to account for enhanced sanitation of touch points such as door handles and heavily trafficked surfaces. We also have a full supply of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes throughout our building. We are also taking additional steps in our grooming salon to increase the frequency of cleanings. And of course we work closely with our teams to ensure that anyone who is not feeling well understands that we support them staying home. To date, there is no evidence that companion animals or pets can spread this virus, per CDC guidance. We encourage you to reference credible clinical sources such as CDC and WHO.
