A Heartfelt Thank You
What an incredible three and a half months it’s been! It’s hard for the team here at Love My Doggy Day Care to believe it’s only been such a short time since we opened our doors for your Best Friends. “Thank you” does not even begin to express the gratitude we feel to you, for putting your trust in us, and making Love My Doggy Day Care your pups’ home away from home. We knew we would love working with dogs every day, but there have been a few surprises along the way that have overwhelmed us with appreciation and gratitude.
We have formed amazing relationships with so many of you, and you are more than clients to us – you are part of the Love My Doggy Day Care family!
We received dozens of cards and gifts – you showered us with love over the holidays – this was the most surprising thing to us. We never expected this, and it made us so proud that we were in your thoughts during this special time of year.
The word-of-mouth referrals from you has blown our minds – you have been an integral part of our success! And again, we are deeply grateful.
You’ve made some great suggestions and requests, and helped us improve our service offerings and the experience for both you and the pups. Please keep them coming! (and, foreshadowing here, look out for some exciting announcements about expanded services, based on your requests!)
Almost every day, someone brings in or offers us things they know we need for the pups in our care such as blankets, towels, bedding, even couches for our playrooms! Your generosity continues to surprise and delight us.
These are just some of the ways that you have helped to create an environment we love to work in every day. In the last few months we’ve steadily increased the number of dogs we have in day care as well as for sleep over play dates, and of course, as a start-up business, we are striving to keep growing. Please let us know if you experience any inconveniences as we’re sure there will be growing pains – we just don’t know what they will be yet!
